CHRI, in cooperation with Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), Commission for Human Rights and Good Governance (CHRAGG) and other members of Haki na Usalama Forum launched a position paper entitled “The Police and the Executive: Roles and Responsibilities” in Dar-es Salaam, Tanzania.
